new born baby(5days age) is having very little yellowish eyes during evening. what could be reason?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water. c normally csimple secretions should not occur again and again for which eyes massage is needed. if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. do not use any drops witout medical consultation

Jaundice Could possibly be the reason with the jaundice is common in new bot s kids and also since five days and a time of yellow colour can be seen in to the eyes of the child so I think that’s the only thing so please consult your paediatrician immediately they will give you better clarity and guidance on it
