A. You should first state age if the child and protein rich foods are lentils tofu paneer milk curd soya as proteins are building blocks of muscles so you should include them in daily diet f the child

A. need protein rich foods you can use non veg as chicken fish meat eggs rich in protein you can give Soyabean tofu dal pulses to baby protein are considered body building food and important for baby growth and development
