Give balanced diet
Small and frequent meals are better
Include milk and daliya with jaggery, oats, ragi, green vegetables (3-4 katori per day ) specially spinach and fenugreek if not available no issues any seasonal vegetables are good, dry fruit in form of powder in milk or like this or ladoo , fresh fruits , daal prefer moong daal for easy digestion for few days, jeera, saunf, til, ajwain, flaxseeds, ginger and garlic, peanuts.. all the above food will help in improving milk quality and quantity
Water 3l per day
Avoid fried food, excess ghee, namkeen

After delivery u can have all the fruits and veggies. Eat healthy and nutritious diet homemade food.
Avoid junk food, oily, packed and ready refrigerated food.
Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Take care
