Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case so it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so pleasque consult nearby doctor once.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, neck rash on 3 months old baby is normal. You can simply apply coconut oil or Babyhug massaging oil on the affected areas. It must heal or get better in few hours but if it does not then must Consult with your paediatric. Good luck and take care
