Q.

Navya is approax 3 years and she is just 10 kgs. This was her weight when she was around 1 and a half year, since that her weight is not increasing. Can anyone suggest what should i do. Even she drinks milk, have 1 fruit daily and also eats roti sabji.

A. her weight is less, minimum she should have 10.8 kg at thisxage. Give Desi ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mango, custard apple will help to increase weight .
