Natural treatment for lice and it’s active eggs. Please suggest for quick fix

Take some neem juice and after that you can add some aloe vera into it take fresh weather going to be the best apart from that if that is not available to you go for the regular to 1 that’s available in the market and start applying that into the head of the child give it for about two or three hours and give it a good watch if it is suitable for you you can leave it overnight also you repeat it at least three times in a week
