Namaste sir, Now I'm completing 2 years entering into 3, Actually my request is Till i didn't start brushing the teeth, So kindly advise which is the best for me in tooth brush & tooth paste.

A. never stop brushing your teeth. you can use any toothpaste like colgate total, pepsodent to brush your teeth. even fir kids start brushing as soon as the first tooth erupts using a grain size of kids ae appropriate toothpaste
