AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom White patches on the skin can be due to dryness. Apply coconut oil on the skin daily. This will help to give relief from dryness and moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth. u can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free oil
