Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl4 weeks agoA. No Ma’am no kind of breast development is not good to be seen before the age of 10 years actually and the child should have Flat breast at this age they should be no enhancement whatsoever so please consult the doctor if needed
