Namaskar Madam/Sir Kindly suggest me which powder consume so that create more Milk . Again Can I give any powder to my 3 months Baby Girl .

Shatavari powder is a good supplement you can take it three times in the day and take it with warm milk it is going to help have proteins and plenty of fluids in your diet and still if you’re not making good feed then yes you can give powder milk to the child you can go similac adv
