#MYSELF Anshu after second pregnancy ,whenever I sneeze /cough .urine comes out due to pressure and feel weight in lower portion (vagina) during periods

A. Hi mom No need to worry Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Go for walking every day Wash area often with lukewarm water Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
