Q.

my younger son is 10 months old .his growth is not up to the mark...please tell me what to do ..n he is very cranky and colic

A. give some khichdi to eat ,daliya , apple mash, bottleguard soup , add some ajwain , fennel seeds when u bowl milk

A. it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite. offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child give plenty of water to drink dand juice extracted from fruits which acts as natural appetizer if the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder asd well as ghee to the diet which will help in improving the calorie and protein in the diet. go through different diet plan as well as recipes which is present in firstcry application.

A. If the growth is not up to the mark then you should get a check with your doctor because without a physical assessment of the child it would be difficult to say what could be the reason so once the check they will be able to give you better help on that
