A lot of times premolars come in this age which is why kids have low appetite and the second is when they’re bored or they’re not willing to eat and a lot of times due to low level of haemoglobin in the body this happens and what you giving is not going to be in which is the growth is slow as you mentioned you really need to work upon a balance which would be very important in this age
