you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture whdich will help in decreasing the pain.
for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy.
meet your doctor if it is not improving.

This is all because of weakness in body after delivery and the only solution is to start doing a massage with coconut oil regularly. It will give relief and you have to continue doing a massage for a long time. It will give strength to muscles and bones. And add more iron and multivitamins in your food supplements.
