my wife s period stop after delivery. she has first period after 2 months of delivery then period stoped and it is now 3 months later now. what should be the reason?

A. after delivery.. lots of hormonal fluctuations happens so it's quite normal to have irregularities in periods or amenorrhea till one year. there's nothing to worry about it. eat healthy and stay hydrated
