NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello just make sure to give a healthy and nutritious well balance food for your wife.. try to include all kind of fruits and vegetables and also dry fruits on a daily basis would be the best option and if you can soak it in the milk and prepare milk shake could also be a good option
