my weight is very low please advise

A. Hello there, Ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. Please take eggs and chicken on daily basis. Also, you can take chicken soup. Please take ragi porridge and banana shake to gain weight. Also take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soak almonds on daily basis. Please also do some light weightlifting exercises, but only under a professional teacher. Thanks and take care
