Q.

My weight is gaining very rapidly from last few months especially my breast size. I checked my TSH it's 3.6. please suggest me something to loose some weight.

A. Hello dear parent, this could be due to your thyroid only. If you are taking your medicine ms it is good if not then must check with doctor. Also keep an eye on your diet. And exercise as much as you can.
