My weight is 74kg,before Pregnancy my weight was 51kg How i lost my weight? what are the diet plans?

A. hi mom i would advise you to consult a qualified dietitian meanwhile have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well exercise for 30 mins daily
