A. Hi To lose weight upto 2 kg a month safely, you need to 1. Exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods, bakery foods biscuits junk foods 3. Include foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses, sprouts, curd, Vegetables, fruits, nuts & lot of water
