my weight during pregnancy is 65kg after delivery 3 months it is 55kg l have lose weight and my fat what exercise i should do

A. hi mom please consult a qualified dietitian if you are breastfeeding mother you should have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu variety of vegetables and fresh fruits be safe

A. You are already losing your virginity go out with a new folder exercise as of now and if you had a normal delivery then you can go for any work out that you want to but with a C-section delivery you’ll have to wait for the time of at least 8 to 9 months
