Q.
my ward had vomting whole one day after that i gave antiacid n andom her last night she had hard cramps. after cramps she lad loose motion.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . ffdor this dogctor guidance is necessary .
