A. Hello ma’am If you have a set amount of weight that you have to reduce and go for the kind of workout and diet that suits you the best. In my opinion see what I am doing right now I can suggest you that that you should have your dinner by maximum 630 in the evening and after one hour go for a walk and do not eat anything after your dinner light no salt and sugar maximum you can have a tea or milk that is without sugar or you can have water till the next morning if you do this for a month also with regular walk and everything you will probably lose at least 2 to 3 kgs in a month that way
