my two sons one is 4.5 and other is 6.5 both are not growing ther ht is short

A. height is genetic. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. involve kids in some physical activity for half an hour daily but still it depends upon parents height

A. hi height mostly determined by genetics so please don't take much stress for this. and if children are below 6 months age ,you should not worry about it at this stage of age.
