my two months baby doing watery potty after every feed from 08days. sometimes colour changes from yellow to green. what causes may be.

A. Could be mostly due to formula feeding but If that is not the case and your child is exclusively on breastfeeding still it is happening then they lose motions could be due to heat in the body or any other reason so consult your doctor and get a check up and of course of medicine for the same
