shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom
Green colour stool is not always alarming it can be because of natural or artificial food intake in mothers diet or can also be because of formula milk. So you should not worry about it at all. If your baby is active and taking proper feed then everything is fine and nothing to worry about.
