A. Hello dear parent! Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If required take the help of a lactation expert for advice. Reduce your stress levels. Good luck and take care.
