my two children are not yawning everytime in that days please tell

Ur Kids are not yawning all the time so that is a good thing what is the issue with it even if the kids are yearning most of the times it is just due to deficiency of water in the body or sometimes sleeping so it can be either way so if your child is not yawning as of now that’s perfectly fine
