my two and half month son's weight is 3800 gm is ok or not ..he is passing urine atleast 7 times a day and 4 to 5 times at night.but he is not gaining much weight why? is it normal.

A. Dear mum, 3.8 kg is weight is a normal weight for your child. Passing urine more than 7 times a day is also an indicator of good health, do not worry. For healthy weight gain, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
