My twins are 4 months old, my daughter weighs 4.9 kg and son's weight is 5.2 kg and at birth was 1.9 kg, is the baby's weight ok now?

A. Dear parent, the weight of both of your babies are absolutely normal, do not worry. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months.

A. good evening the weight gain has been good as per the current age of the child so you don't have to worry about it at all I would recommend you to just focus on giving mothers milk exclusively till 6 months
