Q.

My twins are 4 months old and their sleep timings are like morn 7.30 wake up first nap between 9 and 11/ 11.30- second nap nap between 2.30/3.00 upto 6.00 max in the evening. then they sleep only at 11.30 at night. feels like they are sleeping very less. is this enough

A. Actually if your kids are sleeping exact for eight hours which is okay usually 8 to 10 hours are very important and crucial in any age for initial 6 to 8 years so if your kids are maintaining an eight hour gap of sleep then that’s good enough not a problem
