my twins are 22 months old. they are yet to speak. one says mama, ta, ba, papa. and the other one says, papa, da,ba,ta. I am not understanding do I need to consult doctor for their speech delay or it is normal. we talk to them continuously.

A. most of the babies by the age of 2 years will be having small sentences of two to three words if the vocabulary is very less in the baby you may have to interact more improve it can take help of the doctor answer
