my twin girls are now 6 month and 10 days now.i am a working women . how many times need to give solid food and formula milk in between 9 am to 5 pm

Once baby completes 6 months of age initiate with liquids like rice dal water gradually introduce other foods one at a time like ragi rawa pech fruit puree mashed potatoes Bananas sweet potatoes rice dal blends
continue breastfeeding as well
