My twin daughters are 2 year old and can understand whatever we speak to them also imitate or try to speak a lot but nothing is clear. Is it normal for a 2 yr old not to speak clearly or is there any significant reason for the delay?

A. definitely it should improve over time but yas assessment by the doctor is important and the doctor will tell you whether any speech therapy is required by the child or not according to the scoring
