Q.
My twin baby weight is 2.26gm & 2.07gm only.. is it average weight or low.. pls suggest remedies to increase the weight

Usually twins are born with little less weight gain only but that’s good enough right now you should breastfeed the child and if you can manage feed for both the kids it’s good otherwise you can give formula to the kids for better weight gain and growth of your kids
