my twin baby girl's 3 year old..why my babies immunity so weak catch stomach infection again and again

A. Hello father one of the reason is their is stomach flu that is getting quite common especially with school going kids . Try to give her fresh home cooked foods and prefer to avoid sugary and processed foods or any kind of packaged foods , Give her curd or butter milk and other fluids
