my twin babies are taking Dexolac stage1 along with breast milk. can i change this to dexolac premium stage 1.they are 3 month old. They also taking Ossopan D 2.5 ml twice a day, zincovit 3 drops daily, should i continue this medicines? or add iron drops

yes you can change brand ..
imply select a new formula, gradually transition between formulas, and then monitor your baby to ensure they don’t have a reaction to the new formula.
You should always talk with your doctor before switching formulas
