My toodler is 2 yr 4 months old his weight is 12.7 he is not gaining weight from last 3 months may i know what could be the reason nd what could be introduced in his diet so that he could achieve healthy weight

A. Madam your child is having appropriate weight as per the age of the child you don’t have to do anything extra and the child is healthy according to its age and weight of whatever diet you were giving currently is probably good enough
