My toddler is of 2.5years old..He has fever and loose motion since three days.. pediatrician prescribed meftal p and oflamac p.. But the condition is not subsiding... what could be the reason

A. yes as he is already on antibiotic medicine tgen it is adviced to complete its course. equally give ors water, coconut water, dal pani, rice kamji, fruit juice to keep him hyderate
