my toddler is 2 yrs 5 mnths old she doesn't form sentence she only speaks words... she doesn't follow any instructions or command whatever I give her even if I call her name she doesn't response... she can recognize all the alphabets and it's related words she knows 1 to 10...she learned most of the rhymes whatever words in rhymes she can speak she speaks... when I call out her strictly she follow the command and instructions... my tension is why she doesn't response to her name... delaying in sentence formation... is there any delaying in growth and development.. or it is normal..? pls suggest
