my toddler is 2.9 years old. suddenly from the last 1 month he is not willing to sleep properly in night and afternoon.. also in night he wake up frequently and in afternoon max he sleep for 30 mins.. please help we are getting tension for this

I understand your tension ma’am but you have to monitor and understand the behaviour of the child with which only you can actually understand why this is happening talk to your child understand if your child is having any kind of discomfort while sleeping or something otherwise if needed you can check with your doctor
