Q.

my toddler had dehydration yesterday. today she was quite ok as I kept her on lots of fluids.. how do I know now that she is well hydrated and full.. she is a fussy eater

A. Hi parent You can keep her hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time don't use demineralized water for drinking use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
