My toddler didn’t poop for 2 days and then very very little dry dry poop since 3 to 4 days (even though drinking water and food on good amounts). Now his poop is yellow in colour, he’s itching his hands, and his belly is out like pot belly. What happened to him? Thank you

Start giving more liquids like water and other liquids to the baby and also fibre rich fruits abd vegetables like mango pear papaya and green leafy vegetables like spinach methi and make him sit in warm water tub while bathing and apply coconut oil around anus and give warm milk at bed time
