my toddler 16 months old wants her pant to be removed all the time. and she touches her vegina. there no redness in the vaginal area. hence I am not able to understand does she has any problem or she is exploring her private parts.

reduce use of diapers.
can be due to itching or irritation.
better consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
