My three months old baby is having small pimple and white patches in his faces. Is this something I need to worry aby?

This could be due to heat so it is going to be better for you to get a check with your doctor if it was only pimples then the cream would have been enough but right now if it is a white colour patch also that it is better for you to get a check with your doctor
