my three months old baby got fever for the first time should I put syrup

Calpol 5 drops which would be good one time which can be repeated every six hours if the temperature is there or it is increasing but since it is for the very first time I would recommend you to kindly visit your doctor get the child evaluated and proceed with your doctors advice
