my third month baby girl front hair looks some whitish and yellow scaly patches does it mean cradle cap or anything else

yes this is cradle cap.
Apply coconut oil on the scalp to loosen the cradle cap..This will help to clear the scalp gradually.
u can buy babyhug cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil which is pure and additive free to apply.
