my stitches are paining. and I have to do all the household chores. can you suggest me what to do for speedy recovery. sometimes i.m getting more backpain and while breastfeeding also need to sit in one posture long time

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Stitches can take 3-5 months to get heal internally and externally. Please continue to take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby. For back pain do hot fomenting to get relief. If pain is severe then u can take paracetamol as it is safe to take during breastfeeding
