Q.
My sons is suffering from fever since last 4 days| The medical treatment is going on but no response was seen. Please suggest me anything

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine likez paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediatelyz.

You are very clearly mentioned that it has been four days so I would suggest you a blood test because of the fever stay for modern 72 hours and there could be another infection associated and right now typhoid dengue malaria these things are really spreading quite a lot I suggest you please conduct a blood test for the child
