My son who is almost 8 years old, today from morning he kept on vomitting whatever he eats or drinks. looks so dull

A. It Would be indication to the child I would definitely advise you to consult your doctor as soon as you can because I think your child is going through and or food poisoning but a doctor can only give you a clarity on that
